These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ForwardMedical Pro, available at forwardmedicalpro.com and app.forwardmedicalpro.com (the “Service”).
ForwardMedical Pro is operated by Alexei Ceglei trading as ForwardMedical Pro, based in the Republic of Moldova (“ForwardMedical”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service
ForwardMedical Pro is a practice management software platform designed for independent professionals and small teams.
Depending on the selected features and subscription plan, the Service may include tools for:

    appointment and visit scheduling;
    customer or patient record management;
    session and visit history;
    document and attachment management;
    practice-specific records and visualizations;
    team member access and collaboration;
    subscription and account management.

Features may be added, modified, or removed as the Service evolves.

2. Professional Responsibility
ForwardMedical Pro is a software management tool.
It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or other professional advice.
Healthcare professionals and other practitioners remain solely responsible for:

    decisions concerning their patients or clients;
    the accuracy of information entered into the Service;
    complying with professional and regulatory requirements applicable to their practice;
    determining whether the Service is appropriate for their particular use.

The Service must not be relied upon for emergency medical care or other time-critical decisions.

3. Accounts
You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
You are responsible for:

    maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
    activities performed through your account;
    ensuring that team members you invite are authorized to access the relevant workspace and data;
    notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share credentials in a way that circumvents the user limits of your subscription plan.

4. Organizations and Team Members
An account owner may create or manage an organization or practice and invite other users.
The organization owner is responsible for determining:

    who may access the organization;
    what information those users may access;
    whether each user is legally authorized to access patient, client, or business information.

Removing a user from an organization may terminate that user's access to the organization's information.

5. Patient and Client Data
Where a customer enters personal data relating to its patients, clients, employees, or other individuals, the customer is responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis for collecting and processing that information.
For personal data processed by ForwardMedical solely on behalf of a customer, the customer will generally act as the data controller and ForwardMedical will generally act as a data processor, subject to applicable law.
Additional data-processing terms may apply where required.

6. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription.
Current prices and plan features are displayed on our website or within the Service.
Payments for paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record for those transactions.
By completing a purchase through Paddle, you also agree to the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions may be billed monthly, annually, or according to another billing period shown at checkout.
Unless canceled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

7. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time.
Unless applicable law or the checkout terms state otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You may continue using the paid features until that period ends.
After cancellation, you will not be charged for the next renewal period.
Paddle's current Buyer Terms similarly provide that subscriptions may be cancelled with effect from the end of the current billing period.

8. Refunds
Payments are subject to our separate Refund Policy, applicable consumer protection laws, and Paddle's refund rules.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:

    violate applicable law;
    access information without authorization;
    distribute malicious software;
    attempt to bypass security measures;
    disrupt or overload the Service;
    reverse engineer the Service except where expressly permitted by law;
    use another person's account without permission;
    upload unlawful content;
    use the Service in a manner that infringes the rights of another person.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, our users, or third parties.

10. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

    maintenance;
    updates;
    infrastructure failures;
    third-party service interruptions;
    security incidents;
    circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may update the Service without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

11. Intellectual Property
ForwardMedical Pro, including its software, interface, branding, design, and original content, is owned by or licensed to ForwardMedical.
These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose during the period in which you have access.
You retain ownership of information and content you upload to the Service.

12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where:

    you materially breach these Terms;
    payment remains overdue;
    continued access creates a security or legal risk;
    we are required to do so by law.

Where reasonable and legally permitted, we will attempt to provide notice before terminating access.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ForwardMedical will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

14. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes materially affect your rights or use of the Service, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
The latest version will always be published on our website.
